Nicholas Raap is a spatial practitioner based in New York. He received his B.Arch with a Minor in Critical Studies from Iowa State University, where he was a Teaching Assistant for Foundational Design Studios and Seminars. He has studied at the Architectural Association in London, and in Rome through the College of Design. He was an Editor at DATUM Journal of Architecture, serving as Editor-in-Chief along with Kellie Walters for Issue no. 10, Projections. His work focuses critically on the intersection of space, culture, technology, and politics. He has been involved with projects exhibited internationally, including in the 2016 Venice Biennale of Architecture.
